I can't believe that Christmas is next week! How did that happen? If you haven't yet finished your Christmas shopping (like me), put your tree up or got your menu prepared for the big day, then Pinterest will certainly provide you with plenty of inspiration. There's a constant stream of gorgeous decorations, Christmas themed interiors and creative gift wrapping ideas. Then there's the mouth watering images of sweet treats. I never realised how many different versions of pavlova or trifle there were! There's also a plethora of gift ideas, although most of what I repin I want for myself!
Here are my latest Pinterest moodboards, kicking off with some Christmas inspiration.
I just love a black and white themed Christmas.
If you haven't yet discovered the NZ online and retail store Father Rabbit, you must check it out. Launched two years ago today, I'm a big fan of their beautiful homewares and have featured them on the blog a couple of times here and here. I was thrilled when Amy from Milo & Mitzy, who is a guest blogger for Father Rabbit said she wanted to feature me, and I created this Father Rabbit style moodboard for that post.
A fun Friday moodboard. That evening we had the babysitter booked and were heading out to a Christmas party!
This simple, natural colour palette is a favourite of mine.
I never tire of these washed out white and grey tones.
It's summer here in NZ, and like most people I'm hoping it will be a long, hot one. We had beautiful weather in Auckland last week and in celebration I curated this sunny moodboard.
In the spirit of the festive season, I recently started a Christmas board so I thought I'd share a few of my favourite pins.
Happy Christmas pinning!
