Felix Forest and Dina Broadhurst are two talented creatives whose work I'm going to share with you today. Felix, who I discovered first via a recent feature on The Interiors Addict is a French photographer based in Sydney. Prior to that I'd seen his name credited numerous times for shooting gorgeous homes on The Design Files. His partner Dina is an Australian interior designer and stylist and the two often get to work alongside one another, producing some beautiful results.

Felix has been taking photos since he was young and actually studied and trained in film photography. Passionate about furniture, interiors and design, he started shooting friends' spaces, which then led to magazines. His work now appears in many from around the world including Belle, Vogue Living, Inside Out, AD Mexico, Real Living and Vogue Australia.
On The Interiors Addict, Felix talks about the challenge of working with interiors. “It’s about proportion and just having an eye for what works as a frame or a page, not necessarily what works well in real life. The difficulty is to show off both the interior design and decorating detail as well as the flow of the space.” Judging by these incredible photos, Felix has certainly mastered those skills. I love that these spaces have so much life and personality. Relaxed and lived-in rather than over-styled, Felix says "I like my houses to feel natural, undressed and as authentic as possible.”
Dina runs her own interiors firm, providing residential and boutique commercial design, decoration and styling, in addition to furniture and art sourcing. She also regularly styles interior spaces for both Australian and International publications including Inside Out magazine. On top of that she is the lifestyle editor for Pagesdigital magazine, contributing weekly features on chic and innovative products, hotels, boutiques and homes.
Dina likes working with colour and natural materials, producing elegant contemporary designs that are both personal and functional. This kitchen completely sold me on Dina. I love the marble island benchtop, gunmetal Tolix stools and Kartell chairs. The photographic art, which you see a lot in Dina's work gives the room its wow factor.
You can see more of Felix's work at DLM, the agency who represents him. Take a look at Dina's portfolio here, and her blog Flock, where she takes a more personal look at interiors and design.
