Objetos Perdidos | "Lost" in Madrid

I recently discovered Singulares, an interior and lifestyle online magazine from Spain. Despite not being able to read Spanish, the images alone are incredibly inspiring and it's free to subscribe. They also have a fantastic blog (which can be translated) and it was on here that I came across Objetos Perdidos, "Lost and Found". Located in Madrid, Lost is a creative workshop where sisters Mary Joseph and Cristina Gomez Visedo produce and exhibit beautiful design pieces such as furniture made from reclaimed wood, collages created out of recycled objects, framed photographic images and jewellery handmade from natural materials.

As well as having their own pop up, they were part of the 2012 Madrid In Love pop up store, which I recently featured on the blog. If you missed that post, take a look here

Inspired by "past memories, time passing by, people and unnoticed beauty", Mary and Cristina rescue forgotten objects and give them new life. Seeking to gather and unite the past and present, their work results in stunning, one of a kind pieces.

I'm in love with this design studio. Bright, airy and so much wonderful creativity happening right there on that gorgeous trestle table!

The collage artworks fascinate me and I think I would have a hard time choosing just one!

The handmade jewellery is so lovely, even the packaging makes me swoon!
