Very much a part of the Scandinavian aesthetic, wood compliments neutral and monochrome interiors beautifully. I especially love the pale variety, teamed with a white and grey palette.
A great way of adding a warm, natural feel to the home, pale wood can be introduced through flooring, built-in shelving, workbenches, cabinetry and furniture. Homewares, lighting and accessories provide a great way of adding wood in smaller doses.
Today I've compiled a list of gorgeous wood products that I'm coveting right now. Which ones do you like?

These Scandinavian style interiors from my Pinterest boards show how lovely wood can look in different rooms of the home. The growing trend towards the use of plywood is shown with the simple artboard (sixth photo down). An easy DIY project, this is also on my wishlist!
Have a lovely weekend everyone. I'll meet you back here tomorrow with an inspiring home.
